Thank you very much for the superb & efficient job you've done with the repair & maintenance of my van.
In addition, thank you for going beyond the call of duty & "breaking in" to my car when my spare key was nowhere to be found. And then, just a few days later, you agreed to manually raise my power window a minute before closing time so that it would not rain in overnight. Your eagerness to please, consideration & caring attitude will (and have) bring you much success in the future, G-d willing!
